Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Match entry

• Once a match has started, the entry is not refunded.
• If a match cannot start because your opponent does not have enough balance, your entry is returned immediately.
• If a match is a draw, both players get their entry back.
• If an admin cancels a match because of a technical problem, the entry is returned.

2. Free match

A free match has no entry, so there is nothing to refund. The free match reward is given only when you win.

3. Deposit (Add Money)

A deposit request reaches your wallet after admin approval. If a payment is wrong or has failed, contact Support with your UTR number. Once verified, the amount will be corrected.

4. Withdraw

Withdrawals are made only from the Winning balance, within the minimum / maximum limits shown in the app. A request is processed after admin approval.

5. Rule violation

If an account is blocked for cheating or fraud, its balance / rewards can be withheld.
