Please read these rules carefully before using Ludo Room. By using the service you agree to them. Last updated: 2026.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and eligible to use this service under the laws of your country / state. You may keep only one account.
2. Account
The information in your account must be correct. Keeping your password safe is your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Fair play
- Cheating, bots, scripts, multiple accounts or match fixing are not allowed.
- The dice and every move are verified on the server.
- If you break the rules we may block your account and hold your rewards / balance.
4. Free match
- You can play the first free match immediately. After it a 5 minute timer starts.
- After the second free match a 30 minute timer starts.
- Winning a free match gives a ₹2 reward in every game mode. The reward amount can change and will be shown in the app.
5. Wallet, challenges and rewards
Match entry, prize, commission and referral rules are shown in the app. Once a match has started the entry cannot be cancelled. If a match is a draw or is cancelled by an admin, the entry is returned. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Disconnects and timeouts
If you repeatedly fail to move on your turn or you leave the game, you can lose the match.
7. Changes to the service
We may change or stop the game, features, rewards, timers and rules at any time. Changes will be shown in the app or on the website.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Our liability for any loss caused by internet or server problems is limited to the extent permitted by law.
